Revving problem i have a 03 reg civtic type r, when i start my car up it starts revving up on down,the problem started after changing my battery. can u please help!

Do you have a key faub security type black keyholder that came with it, and numbe 2 do you have a cmmand start, the batteries could be bad in the faub which might do that.

fuse ? change the alternator/ possible tps sensor/ 02 sensor/ sounds like ya need to hook it up to a computer

ur battery is dead,please check battery orreplace with anew one

I Would Try EGR Value And Check Plugs Wires And (Coil Or Distributor Cap Which Ever You Have).

sounds strange. have you checked to see if you have an exhaust leak? you also may be hearing the first clues to your catylitic converter starting to break down. Check for an exhaust leak first and let us know how it looks. Thanks

check for 12 volts at the battery if it is anything less you will need a new battery.

this is a red button just located behing the front top suspension mount, press it down and this should allow fuel back through hope this helps

1- needs revving to start the car in the morning?
ans- when you start the car, press full the exilator. don't remove the leg from exilator and start the car.

2- battery goes flat a lot?
ans- change the battery in good quality and change from the company of car.

3 - power cuts out when driving which is really dangerous?

Common problem of this type of symptom in Chrysler products is a bad throttle position sensor. I just replaced the one in my '03 Jeep GC for the same symptom.

Have belt(s) checked to start with, as well as charging system output, as in alternator.
