How do I change a diamond blade on the Plasplugs DWW082 tile cutter

there is no 105us but there is 100 and 110 and 150,it is actually a plasplugs tool heres the pdf manual for the dww100

I'm not familiar with the type and model of your machine. I suggest you read your manual.

Try rotating the nut COUNTER-CLOCKWISE.

Usually, nuts and bolts are Righty-Tighty, Lefty-Loosy, but frequently saw blad nuts use a Lefty-Tighty, Righty-Loosy.

They are built so that when the blade starts to turn, it puts a momentum on the nut that tightens it, so that a loose nut won't come flying off, and get someone injured.

Just use a rag and grab the blade. Unless the threads are messed up you don't have to hold the arbor still, just the blade.

I found the instructions at the website www.plasplugs,com you can download them or print them.

Unplug the saw, raise the guard fully, grasp the blade to hold it and loosen the nut then remove the blade.

The shaft threads seemed to be stripped and you may have to get a set of Torx bits or if not then one bit for the torx screws to take them off. If the threads are stripped on the shaft then you may have to replace it.

options, change the blade, buy a more expensive blade, make sure the blade turns true when running, if not the armeture might bent inside the saw.
