Stopped working!!!! We have an automatic Livia machine. It suddenly stopped working. Leaking from bottom, buttons don't work...Any ideas?

If it is 13 years old, it has most likely reached its end of life--whatever the cause, something has malfunctioned. However, a service technician would probably be able to advise.

Sounds like a control board problem. When the display goes out that is usually a dead board.

Take it back to the store, get a replacement. If it is under warranty you don't want to be futzing about inside. Just go get another one.

if the machine still sews a straight stitch on top of fabric & also on bottom then it should be fine..
it's possible that the thick fabric, needle, & thread were not a compatable combination.
but also some sewing machine are not made to sew thick or heavy
fabric
but having the machine serviced would be a good idea & help to know why the needle thread is not working

Look at the bottom of the keyboard for the "connect" button. Also press the connect button on the receiver.

Whirlpool AWM 045-1000 washing machine has suddenly stopped working and warning light "WATER STOP" has come on. Any ideas for a fix?

The only thing they will do for you is tell you to buy a new keypad for the machine.

Bansheracer is possibly correct. But, most likely the problem is the copper feed pipe to the boiler is plugged with calcium allowing the pump to continuously run without stopping. Most likely this is a problem you will need to have serviced. We are located in orange county, CA, and we can service, or Pasquini can service at 1501 West Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles 90015. The problem could be calcium built up blocking the jet and stopping the flow of water through your 3 way solenoid valve.
Otherwise the 3 way solenoid has stopped working. The 3 way valve part #91004 is $105 + shipping.

If you capable of removing the top and 3 body side of the machine, you can contact me and I can walk you through diagnosing if this is the problem with the jet or the valve. Before you call, make sure you have a philips screwdriver, 14 and 15mm open ended wrench or crescent wrench, flashlight, and paper clip.
