The written part is locked. How to fix?
This is for the IPAD not for a computer, so people who answered above. I'm having the same problem. I can't unlock the Spanish intermediate or written on my IPAD app. It works just fine on my MacBook Pro, but it's too heavy to carry around.
There is nowhere to enter the #s on the box in the app. I logged in under my account and most of it is still locked

SOURCE: error 2123 appears when loading rosetta stone
I started getting "Error 2123" recently, and spent A LOT of time searching for the fix. Here is what finally worked:
Find the hidden file "tracking.db3". It's in the hidden folder "ProgramData/Rosetta Stone" under the "C:" directory. Copy and paste it to the Rosetta Stone install directory (Program Files/Rosetta Stone).
Error 2123 should be gone, but now there will be Error 2125. So, in the Rosetta Stone install directory, run the "service_installer" .exe file by double-clicking it.

open the trash folder, select the rosetta stone file(s) and click restore. You may need to select a unique directory to install the files to avoid conflict with the other version.

First have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and see if that helps the issue at all? Also is your OS up to date? Once I have more information I can assist you further.
