Parental lock on trike is stuck in lock position. How do I fix this to free the steering?

Kettler has a great customer service staff. Contact them for further assistance. I went to their website and all it shows is to push up on the parental lock in front of the childs steering wheel to unlock it. They did not show any FAQ's pages with any info on what to do if it gets stuck. Hope this helps.
