Insert the pry bar above the alternator pulley. Apply gentle pressure upwards so that it adds tension to the drive belt. Once the drive belt is moved into its desired tension, tighten the adjustment bolt to lock the belt in place. Then, torque the adjustment bolt to the manufacturer's specifications.

When you power on the computer can you see the POST Screen? Is it not responding on the Windows loading page?

When powering up, the detector goes through a short diagnostics test to make sure everything is working as expected. You can probably contact Cannon and see what they get for the power supply or search the WEB for an aftermarket ps. You will need the specs off of the old one if you go after market.
