Lost CD for Olympus AS-3000 Transcription kit, need to download

I have Windows XP and the Olympus AS-3000 Transcription System. I still have my License ID Number, foot switch and all parts except the CD, which I have lost. After having to change my hard disk I need to reinstall and can't find the CD. Does anyone know where/if I can download the software?

    Thanks, but this was the first thing I tried.

    All of these downloads are updates only, not the original software. NB the hard disk was trashed, so I can't just update. So re-installation has to occur before I can update, but I can't re-install w/o the CD or a download of the original files.

    ok i think its because they dont publish it on the website as its copywrighted software.

    Best call the numbers below and request for the CD but i think there is a charge.

Problem with Olympus AS-2400 PC Transcription Kit
I saw the AS2400 is compatible with Windows XP/2000/Vista.

You can install Windows XP in your computer (I presume you have a 4th Gen Intel processor installed in it) and run this software under Windows XP.

What is the operating system on your new desktop? I would assume, since its new, that it's either win7, or win8. The manual I checked for the product (webpage URL below) says that it is compatible with Win2000 up to Vista. Windows 7 is still compatible with Vista, but if your system is windows 8 - then it isn't.
When you install and run the system, right-click it first, go to properties and select the 'Compatibility' tab. There, in 'Compatibility mode' you will see a checkbox titled 'Run this program in compatibility mode for...' and a dropdown (aka "combo-box") next to it. Click it, select the appropriate compatible system (I would choose XP, for example, to play it safe), and click OK.
That should do it.

Olympus AS-2000 Dictation Kit - Foot switch doesn't work on Vista
HTML clipboard Olympus AS-2000 is not Vista compatible, you need to upgrade your software, I am not sure which version you have, but I think its version 6 ? You need to upgrade your software from version 6 to 7 (free) and then from version 7 to Standard (also free ) . check your foot pedal if it's RS-23 ( check the back of it ) then you need a new foot pedal ( RS-25 or RS-27 ) , if you have the RS-25 or RS27 you are ok .

Foot switch will not respond.
The answer is all in the serial number you use to install the DSS player!

Look carefully and you will see the recorder disk has in my case an [E] printed above the install serial number and the transcription pedal has [T]

Install the same disk with the E the driver is there, the control in Control Panel is there, but the foot switch does not work with the software. Put in the serial number with the [T] and foot switch works first time!

If you uninstall the play and then reinstall with the [T] serial number you do not need to reboot or even unplug the foot switch from the USB.
