Phone # for Sharper Image

I can't find a phone number for Sharper Image, so I can order parts.

    The service center that is handling repairs / replacements. their # is 866-686-2463 is only helping if you purchased an extended warranty.
    Anyone with ideas?

Who could I send the blade interior section to to replace a broken part?

If you purchased it before 2008, nobody. Sharper image went bankrupt and was bought by another co who does NOT warranty or repair older products. Below is excerpt from their site:

Q. I bought an item from the Former Sharper Image that is broken, what do I do?
A. Unfortunately, we are not able to assist you with products purchased from the Former Sharper Image Company, which filed for bankruptcy on February 19, 2008. We are a new company offering new and innovative Sharper Image products.

Q. What happened to the Sharper Image retail stores?
A. All Sharper Image retail stores have closed.

Q. What is the difference between the New Sharper Image and the Former Sharper Image?
A. On Friday, May 30, 2008, the Former Sharper Image (The Sharper Image Corporated) assets were acquired by a joint venture formed between Hilco Consumer Capital, Gordon Brothers and Bluestar Alliance. This joint venture has been re-established as The Sharper Image. Through a licensing agreement with The Sharper Image, Camelot Venture Group, is in charge of managing and operating the SharperImage.com website and ecommerce platform. I have 2 Ionic Breeze GP units with 8 year warranty, where do I get warranty work done. They are both not working. I have paper work for warranty. Can you help. [email protected]

It is malfunctioning and i bought an extended warranty. i see that they were bought out and the stores have closed. how do i return for a new unit under the warranty?

Sharper Image sold warranties through the NEW Corporation. That company is still in business and will should honor your warranty by either repairing or replacing your product.
Call them at their customer service line, which is 1-800-KEEP-NEW (533-7639)

Provide them with your Name, zip code and phone number and they should be able to pull up your contract.

$10.99 plus about $5.00 shipping. They have a phone number posted also. The bulb is easy to replace. Reply to this post if you require instructions.

SHARPER IMAGE GP S1871

The bad news is Sharper Image recalled the units. They got into a legal squabble over the product with Consumer Reports on the unit based on an article they ran. Sharper Image couldn't prove how the unit worked so they lost the suit and had to pay all the legal bills forcing the company into bankruptcy.

Need parts

Sharper Image has recalled the item. They lost a legal case with Consumer Reports on the product. They were ordered to pay all the legal fees forcing the company into Chapter 11.

Consumer Products Safety Comission is going to make a decision on all ionizers. It's possible that no one will be selling them in the U.S. any more since EPA data have proven that they are harmful to use.
