Prompt says dogs need to rest. dogs have rested for four hours.

open the capsule and pour the contents onto a plate
place it in a line and divide the line evenly into 3 portions
each portion will be 58 mg which will be ok as dosage is on dogs weight add the powder to the food save the rest till next dosage time and divide the rest in 1/2 and feed 1 portion ,leaving the last portion for the next dosage time

Please refer to pages 102 to 104 of your service manual. You will have to remove the two screws in the plate covering the feed dogs to insert the case, and identify the top of the case, which is the flat part. There is a part that sticks out and it should be on the right towards the bottom. That part must rest against a small silver spring to prevent the case from rotating in the bobbin basket while sewing. It is easier if the bobbin case is inserted slightly clockwise, then rotated into position. It is illustrated on those pages.

On the Futura XL models, it is easy to insert the case so that it is just sightly lopsided, so visually inspect it to make sure that all four sides rest evenly in the basket.

It is also essential that you FREQUENTLY clean both the top and bottom areas, as illustrated on those pages, about once every 5 hours of sewing, or if you're experiencing problems. You also might want to put ONE drop of ONLY sewing machine oil in the center of the basket at the same time.

Employees must, with two exceptions, receive at least eight hours free from work between shifts, whether they are "split shifts," "on call shifts," "back-to-back" shifts or ordinary daily shifts.
Rest between shifts is not required if:

• the total time worked during both shifts does not exceed 13 hours; or
• the employer and employee agree in writing to reduce or forego the eight-hour rest period.

Example
Monica works in a restaurant. She is on split shifts, working from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and then from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The total time of her two shifts is 6 hours. Monica does not need to have eight hours off between the shifts because her total hours worked on the shifts do not exceed 13 hours.
Note: The requirement for rest between shifts operates simultaneously with the requirement for daily rest; an employee's schedule must satisfy both requirements. For example, an employee might agree in writing to work two eight-hour shifts in a row without any time free from work between them (the employee's agreement means there is no violation of the rest between shifts rule), but if that results in the employee receiving less than 11 consecutive hours off in a day, the employer will be in violation of the daily rest rule* and therefore it is not permitted.
* Unlike the case with the rest between shifts requirement, an employee cannot agree to waive the daily rest requirement.

85 decibels is the generally accepted limit for 8 hours of exposure per day (you have to give your ears time to rest in between).
At 91 decibels you have about 2 hours before suffering damage.
At 100 decibels, it's about 15 minutes of safe time, and immediate damage (no safe duration) can occur at around 140 decibels (about as loud as a jet engine or firecracker).

The important thing to note about volume and ear safety is that you have to rest your ears (i.e. nothing too much louder than a conversation) for the rest of the day to avoid risking damage. That means that after 2 hours at 91 decibels, you need to rest your ears for 22 hours before these guidelines can apply again.

Many bands play shows at around 100 decibels, so invest in some HearOs or other decent protection.

To disassemble, you need to destroy the tabs that are holding the translucent thing to the four post on top of the bottom part. This of course means that the translucent thing needs to be replaced too. I hammered the screwdriver into the tabs until they gave way. The rest of teh parts come out undamaged.

(if you have snips with really long handles, that would be a better tool).
