I live in Kununurra up north of WA, because of the damp during the wet, damp ground coffee was blocking the shoot so when i used the brush to free the grounds a piece of plastic also a rubber nozzle of some kind came out as well. Now to try and explain the parts, the plastic piece is round and is 15 mm across outside,it is 25mm long but it looks as if it has broken off. the rubber piece is 14mm across at one end and 12mm across the other end the 14mm is 16mm long and 9mm at the 12 mm end. Any help you can give would very much appreciated, All the best ted.
I can help you but you need to identify the parts you need on the parts diagram. Download the diagram from http://cerinicoffee.com/Saeco_parts_diagram.asp. Then email the list to [email protected] and someone with email you back with a parts total.
You can also look at http://cerinicoffee.com/Saeco_replacement_parts.asp to see if you see the parts you need.
Thanks,

Your machine will probably need service. The water will cause damage to the grinder burrs. I can send you instruction on how to clean out the grinder on a Vienna if you provide me will your email address. You can email me at [email protected].
You are not the first person to do this. These problems come in at least once a week.
Hope this helps.
