When do I get a answer from the experts at FixYa?

This response from emissionwiz (a car expert) is unacceptable. I already said I found the menu with initialize disc and it cannot be selected by clicking on it. Please do not charge me $9.99 until I get a answer that works. Don McManus L/I djmmnm [email protected] emissionwiz

If the itialize disc doesn't highlight ..either there is an empty disc..error on disc..or possibly vcr mode is selected..

Everyone who is an Expert on Fixya is unpaid and gives time voluntarily. If you ask a good detailed question and someone is available, they can be answered in 5 minutes to an hour.

It is rare that a questions takes 4.5 years to answer, but I just found this category existed.

I have 4 solutions to my problem how do i find out what they are.(i have checked my e-mails) but only get responce to the questions i have tried to answer?
