My horizon ex-79 elliptical is making a noise that sounds like a squirrel is inside? How do I fix it?

Steve, the Ex-79 should be very quite. I am surprise to learn yours is making Squeaky Noise. I think there was some problem with your assembly. How long do you have this trainer? does is make sound when you put your weight on a specific footpadel (like left or right)?

My temporary solution would be to lub up your trainer. Please call horizon regarding you issue on 800.244.4192 (or you can email: [email protected]).

My Horizon fitnessT101 is brand new and i put it all together.Than i used the magnetic key and started it and the treadmill didn't start it just displayed E1 on the monitor.

Had same problem. I called horizon and after troubleshooting, they could not solve and replaced the entire circuit board. I was under warranty , so i was fortunate to not have to pay for one.
