Instruction Manual for VFit Digital Pedometer

I have lost my instruction manual for the above and I can't find it online. Can anyone help please?

SOURCE: I lost my manual

The Gaiam support page said there was a link for "use & care" that was support to have instructions for setting the pedometers. I could find the link. I also said to contact them if you had additional questions. Hope this helps.
