Fault code is 310-380-00 xerox 7855 how to solve this probmlem please

In 310-380-00 fault on xerox 7855 The fuser delta value between the temperature sensors A and B is to high. Check the fuser module connector and fuser connector assembly for damage. • Check that the photoreceptor fan, PL 90.25 Item 7 is working correctly and that the direction of air flow is into the machine, refer to the 390C Photoreceptor Fan RAP. Check that the intake grille at the rear of the machine is not blocked and there is not a heat source such as a radiator. If you have resr the error code in service mode and it did not clear.... Odds are you are going to have to replace the upper fuser heating unit with a new fuser film or you may want to replace the whole fuser unit..... The heating element is shorting out...... Good Luck

We have canon copier ir 2016j, it started giving error E007, how can i solve this error

Error code E007 on an ir2016 means that the fuser film has a fault. The fuser film is the black sheet that melts the ink into the paper on the final stage of the copy process. It more than likely has ripped apart. You will need to call a service tech for this one.
