What if I need to re-install my Fugawi software on a new computer?

Fugawi software can still be activated for use on a new computer. You will need to have your original install disk, USB key, or the last update file that you downloaded, as well as your original product serial number. There is not a service available to re-supply these items. Make sure your computer is connected to the internet while you install Fugawi. Because of recent changes to Windows, set your computer to launch Fugawi software in Administrator Mode. When prompted, click Automatic Activation. Do not click the Manual Activation option as support is not available for this option.

what failed to install is - the driver disk that was programmed for XP

visit the manufacturers website for updated vista printer driver
note: not all printer works with Vista

try go to Control Panel the add/remove programs wizard..Choose AT&T services program then click remove button.
