You have to check with the part number of that ic to get the exact one . The numer you spesified is not the part number . As i dont have the service manual for this model I am not able to give you the part number. I have added Two link here which will lead you to the service manual for Teac A-510/A-500 (Both are same ). Get the manual and find out the Part Number for the specific IC in the part list

Hi I had the same problem so I bought a cheap universal remote controller and tuned into this model.
Once it is done, press a number on the remote controller and you can start to tune manually.

I do not know about the solution for AV channel.
