SOURCE: I have a Troy-Bilt pressure washer #020344. When

There is a check ball and spring within the soap dispenser that may be worn or lost. Easy fix however. If the parts are there and installed correctly, seat may be worn. If parts are missing or valve worn out, just plug the valve and purchase an aftermarket dispenser to install in the line between the pump and hose (not expensive and ez to do. )
good luck

Why is there no water flow through on pressure washer?

Sounds like a pump failure. Does yours freeze in winter? Need to winterize like cabin plumbing.
Repair/replacement of pump could be close to new unit.

Honda blackmax 2600pressure washer will not start

Is the gas tank topped off? Is the water hose plugged into it and turned on? Is the gas valve open instead of closed? is the throttle turned on fully? Is the spark plug wire attached all the way? Should work after all of this.

Gcv160

High likelyhood of your intake screen/filter being stopped up with debris that was in the water hose.

Other than that, more information would be needed. Like, does no pressure mean it doesn't seem to spray at all (or nothing more than the water hose is pushing water through the system with the engine off)? Or does the pressure come up a little and there is a pulse you can feel in the hose/trigger gun? Any other little details you notice can provide clues as to the root of the problem.

If it was just a stopped up intake, and this fixes your problem -- please take a sec to rate me. Thanks!

THE UNIT STARTS WHEN I PULL THE CORD...THE HOSE IS CONNECTED TO THE UNIT...BUT WHEN I PULL THE TRIGGER OF THE GUN...NO WATER COMES OUT

Make sure the water supply hose SCREEN where it connects to the unit is not clogged. You should get water through the nozzle without the unit running. If your not getting water with the unit off... the water supply hose is full of AIR or the screen is blocked. Loosen the water supply connection and purge the air from the hose (Clean screen if you have not already done so)
If this does not work there is more that can be done with the unloader / bypass valve. Respond here and I will help you AFTER you check the above.

I bought a new Blue Max Gasoline pressure washer and when I started it up I have very little water pressure. Are there any comprehensive instructions manuals then what were supplied with unit? Thanks Ron

You can download the manual here: http://www.farmprotractors.com/hdcmanuals/PW2200-03435.pdf

It is probably the same manual that came with the unit.

As far as pressure... hook up the water supply hose and turn on the water supply. Let the supply hose purge all of the air out. Then turn off the water and connect the high pressure hose. After that turn the water supply on again with the engine off and squeeze the wand trigger. Make sure all of the air is out of the high pressure hose. Then start the unit...
Once the engine has stabilized rapidly squeeze and let go of the wand trigger several times. Your exersizing the bypass / unloader valve spring. By this time you should have good pressure. If you have owned the unit less than 90 days and your sure you have a warranty issue use this link to contact the company:
http://www.homier.com/contacts

Contact Information:
Homier Distributing Company, Inc.
84 Commercial Road

Hours of Operation:
M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm EST

I note they do NOT include a phone number on their contact page but do state empatically that warranty contact should be made via email [email protected]

You will also need a warranty form here:
http://www.homier.com/return-authorization-form.pdf

Some of these units have a sliding assy on the wand that slides toward the ouput nozzle for adding soap / chemicals. If the slide is not pulled back toward trhe wand and locked into place you will not have any pressure either.

It appears from reading the manual that this particular unhit had 2 different nozzles. One for chemicals and one for high pressure. Plese make sure you have the high pressure nozzle installed. The BLACK nozzle is for chemical use. (page 5 of manual link above)

The red, yellow or white nozzles are all for high pressure with different spray patterns.

This is about the best I can do for you Ron. Hope it was helpful.

Engine runs. No water thru hose. Pressure valve(???) underneath has water coming out of it

Sounds like bad seals. But first take the hose off and see if water comes out the outlet without the hose there.

Hi, My question involves a:Honda GCV160 5.5Chore Master 2400 psi Model CV-2400=4MHC I have very little use on it. I broke the sprayer hose on it the other day and ordered a new one for this model. I...

  1. put in your garden hose
  2. turn on the water
  3. leave it to run for one min.
  4. kink the garden hoes
  5. connect the hi pressure hose "the one you ordered"
pull the trigger then start
if this don't work start the machine without the hi pressure hose.
no pressure machine needs valves.

1987 HONDA ACCORD LX WATER LEAK

Yes, there is a "bypass outlet" coolant hose that connects from the water pump inlet pipe (metal pipe that runs from back of water pump along engine block to lower radiator hose) to the intake manifold.

I am not sure about the "black box" - not enough detail.
