I have a Presto 2811 coffee maker. The light goes out and the coffee will go cold. I have to jiggle the cord for it to come back on. What should I do?
Contact Presto at [email protected] or 800-877-0441. Find the 7 digit model number
02811xx and series number xxxx on the bottom of the coffeemaker.
The cord must have been malfunction or there are parts inside the cord that has been destroyed.
Try replacing the cord or if nothing happens replace it with a new one.
