Hi -
You will need to contact sentry to recover the unique combination for your safe. There is no master combination or key entry to this safe.
If you are in the US and your safe was registered with Sentry, you can recover your password online from here:

If your safe was not registered with Sentry, you will need to send a notarized letter to Sentry, stating ownership of the safe along with the serial number. If there was a master combination it would be highly irresponsible for anyone to publish or give this out over the internet without any proof of ownership. Your safe would not be a safe if this was possible . . . it's not called a safe for nothing. Your only other options are to call a locksmith or use cutting tools.
