Hello,
My name is Carla and I work for Vokèra in the marketing department, I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Vokèra boiler and I would like to help you get this problem sorted as soon as possible.
Please email me your contact telephone number and I will arrange for a member of our service team to contact you, alternatively you can contact them on the numbers below.
Email: [email protected]
UK: 0844 391 0999 (option 2)
ROI: 056 7755055 (option 2)
If the unit is less than two years old, cal 0844 892 8999 and ask for an engineer to come out. Alternatively, put on a pair of marigolds, this will help with the grip and remember that the cover comes of anti-clockwise if you are looking up at it. If you do not want to call an engineer out, call the number above and ask them to post out to you the lamp cover removal tool. Part number 613655.
All the best
