I am not familiar withat Nokia suite. Do you know if it is dial up or DSL? When you press that button, do you hear white noise and then a dialing sound?

The phone needs to be plugged in to the usb port Via the data cable and set to modem in the phone settings,you will also need the USB modem driver for your phone.You can get it from Nokia.com
