Try connecting it to another computer and check if you can access data. If not then you will have to format the driver and you will loose all the data

To be honest, there isn't any effectivedata recovery software that you can use for free. Paid versions might help.

The Computer cant open the USB Flash Drive. It said that it is not formatted so I try to Format the Flash drive via command prompt. The command prompt said "The first NTFS boot sector is unwriteable....

It should be the file system problem. Usually a usb drive should be formatted to FAT initially instead of NTFS. Recommend you try the USB on another computer and see if the problem still occurs. If yes, then try format it from Disk Management of your computer. If you can't format, use TestDisk (also a command line tool) to fix the file system error. You can also see from this blog post to learn more about the possible reasons or solution. Regards

My usb stick needs to be formatted for pc but i cant

you can try format recovery software like asoftech data recovery. You can see
Recover formatted files
It tells the steps how to perform format recovery.

If above does not work, you may have to format the usb drive (use quick format), and then use above mentioned software to scan again the usb drive and recover your files.

How to recover flashdrive transcened 4gb v30, it can detect but i can't open?

Files on a flash drive can be corrupted if it is not removed from the USB port properly.
Before removing the flash drive click on the Safely Remove Hardware icon and then click on the flash drive you want to remove and then remove the flash drive when the computer message says it is Safe to remove.
To restore the flash drive you may need to format the flash drive, but you will lose the data stored on the flash drive.
If you need the data on the flash drive this program may help: -
