What does mean FLO message on the digital panel

Hi Simon,

The FLO message is a warning that your water flow is not what it needs to be. This can be harmful to your equipment, without proper water flow the heating element can over heat or your pump can run dry causing damage. Often this is can be caused by dirty filters, so your first check should be to see if your filters are clean. Other possible problems could be water levels. Make sure you have no water blockages especially on the suction end.

2001 arctic spa is showing error code FLO

FLO is for not enough water flow
This is a filter issue or pump issue. Remove filters and see if it goes away. If it does get some new filters here: http://www.hottubworks.com/

If it does not go away call us and we will walk you through trouble shooting. Most likely a circ pump if not filters.

Parts

That would likely be FLO... Check to be sure you have good strong water flo at the jets returning to the pool or spa... Check your filter to be sure you have cleaned it properly. A dirty filter will reduce flo and result in the heater not working if the water flow is too low.

There unfortunately a large number of factors to be able to provide much more information without a detailed description of your equipment, the layout, valve positions and condition of the equipment.

When my spa is on heat mode pump on Low Speed it will not heat up. It says FLO and flashes do I have an air lock ??? Just changed pump a month ago.

FLO is a common signal for insufficient water flow through the heater tube. Do you see the low speed pump working? If you do, then try removing your filters, if FLO goes away then replace your filters with new ones. If not, your flow switch may not be working. You could have a legitimate flow issue caused from a clog or air-lock though.
