We have lost the manual for our universal remote, and unfortunately I don't know the model number. I have tried the website rcaaccesories.com, but it didn't have the model that we own. We want to program it to our Panasonic Television, but we don't know how. Can you help me?

Universal remotes have severe limitations and aren't suitable to replace a lost or broken original remote.
If a genuine replacement cannot be found, try searching for a compatible remote. These provide most of the functions of the original including menu access. I think I bought mine from Amazon or ebay and it cost little more than a good universal.
Most universal remotes have a list of codes for each make. If yours isn't listed, try using a manual search on the remote. It should have an instruction on how to do a manual search. If this doesn't work, look on eBay. There are hundreds of different universal remotes. Im sure you will find one specific to your brand and model.
I would be more than happy to find a remote code for you, but I must first know what type of remote control you have. You said it was made by RCA, do you know the model number or name of this remote? It is usually listed on the packaging the remote came in, or possibly on the remote itself. I would also need to know the type of television you have, but simply the name of the manufacturer should be fine.
In the meantime, check out this website: http://www.thompsontv.com/rcarc.html I don't know that this guide will work for your remote, but it can't hurt to try.
If you can get more information about your remote/TV, I can provide more help.
U tries those codes that came with ur universal remote owner manual codes for ur tv model already. Those codes don't work for ur tv.Return the universal remote, because any codes people give will not work either.Try website like Remotes.com to buy the tv original remote.
Unfortunately, you'll need a new remote. Try a universal if you have one. If not, might just buy a new remote. eBay has a bunch listed cheap enough. Just search the model number of the remote for your system. I was able to find this remote, although $20, a universal MAY work and cost less. make sure you can return any universal you do buy in case you can't return it. Although for the dvd-925 system, the remote looks exactly like the one show in the manual for you dvd-915 model. Hope this helps.
No,universal remote only work for the basic like power tv on/off,numbers on the keypad, channel up/down and volume up/down only.Beyond that like inter functions of the tv will not work with the universal tv remote.Only the original remote can do that.Try website like Remotes.com to buy an original remote.
