Cannot turn backlight off on actronair controller lm24

It should be in the installation instruction parameter settings...you need the manual to do this...generally you press 2 buttons @ the same time to access ie fan & up arrow. Just don't change anything unless you know what you are changing. Should be able to download installation instructions...need to know your model tstat.

I hav bought a split unit of hisense 2 monthsback i dont how but since 2 days even if i put off the unit with remote there is "FC"sign lit on the unit which does not go off ...the unit model no...

Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly
Your not going to hurt it by using it with the FC being displayed. FC = Filter Clean. This will appear after every 100 hours of use. Your supposed to remove the air filter and wash it. Usually you have to push the right button on the control panel (often labeled mode) and either the UP or DOWN temp arrows for 3 - 5 seconds to get your display back to normal. Pushing the Up arrow at the same time as the MODE switch should get you a Fahrenheit Display. Pushing the Mode button and the Down arrow at the same time should get you a celcius Temp display.
( I am pretty sure you have to do this on the unit and not with the remote. )
Why manufacturers DO NOT put this information in their user manuals is a bit baffling to me as a service tech. HiSense is not the only one that omits this information.

Should the steps above not resolve your FC display call your HiSense Distributor and ask them how to you reset the Filter Clean (FC) Display. They will be able to tell you over the phone.

Like I said in the beginning your not going to hurt it by using it with the FC being displayed. If you change the temp up or down by 1 deg you will see the display for a few seconds then the FC will re-appear until you reset it.

This is the AU Contact data:

Phone: 1800 HISENSE (1800 447 367)
Fax: .
Email: [email protected]

Email them and ask how to reset the FC on the display. Remember you will get this display every 100 hours of operation.

Thanks for choosing FixYa,
Kelly

I have a printer it is modle is Hp LaserJet p4015n, when i start it give me this error: (49.00FF ERROR To continue turn off then on). when I turn off then on it give me agane this error. thanks for help,...

HP 4015 NVRAM & hardrive initialization

Solution
A hard disk initialization will erase and reformat the printer's hard disk. Perform hard disk initialization only if an error code displays on the control panel indicating a disk error. Always try initializing the hard disk before replacing it.

1. Turn the printer on.
2. As the printer performs its power-on sequence, press and hold the Menu button until all three lights on the control panel are lit.
3. Press the back arrow . The message INITIALIZE DISK displays on the control panel.
4. Press OK. The printer initializes the hard disk and continues the power-on sequence.

CAUTION: Initializing NVRAM resets the serial number, the model number, the event log, the page counts, and the EIO card. Use the SERVICE menu to restore the serial number and page counts. You also need to reconfigure any computers that print to this printer to recognize the printer. Initialize NVRAM only when absolutely necessary. In most situations, use a cold reset to return printer to factory defaults but still retain the needed values in the SERVICE menu.

 NVRAM initialization
Before initializing NVRAM, print a configuration page and a supplies status page to gather the service menu values

1. Turn the printer on and watch the control panel display.
2. When the display shows the memory count, press and hold the down arrow until all three lights on the control panel are lit
3. Press the up arrow .
4. Press Menu . The message SKIP DISK LOAD displays on the control panel.
5. Press the up arrow until NVRAM INIT is highlighted, and then press OK. The printer initializes NVRAM and then continues its power-on sequence.

daca aceasta procedura nu reuseste, atunci va trebui sa inlocuiesti formatter-ul. daca nu exista hard disk

Good luck

My pixma ip8500 is printing with some colour missing, all cartridges have ink in them?

Hi there,

When Printing Becomes Faint or Colors are Incorrect.
When printing becomes faint or colors are incorrect even if the ink remains in the ink tanks, the print head nozzles are probably clogged. Print the nozzle check pattern to confirm the condition of the nozzles and then perform the Print Head Cleaning.
Note : Before performing maintenace

*Open the Scanning Unit (Printer Cover) and make sure that all lamps for the ink tanks are lit red.
-If any one of the lamps is flashing slowly, the associated ink tank is running low. You can continue printing for a while, but we recommend you to have replacement ink tank available.
-If any one of the lamps is flashing fast, the associated ink tank is emty. Replace the ink tank.
If an ink tank is flashing fast even though ink remains in that ink tank, it is inserted into the wrong position. Make sure that the ink tank of the correct coloris inserted in each position matching the label.
-If the ink lamp is not lit, the tank is not set properly. Press the <PUSH> mark on the ink tank until the tank clicks into place. Make sure that all the packaging material is peeled off the ink tank.

*Increase the print quality setting in the printer settings.

Step 1 : Printing the Nozzle Check Printer.
1) Make sure that the machine is turned on, open the Front Feed and extend the Output Paper support.
2)Load a sheet of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper in the Auto Sheet Feeder or the Front Feeder.
Set the Paper Thickness Lever to the left.
3) Press the Paper Feed Switch to select the paper source where you have loaded paper.
4)Print the nozzle check pattern.
a) Press the Menu button.
b) Use the right and left arrow buttons to select the Maintenance/settings, then press the OK button.
The maintenance /setting screen is displayed.
3) Use the right and left arrow buttons to select Maintenance, then press the OK button.
The Maintenance screen is displayed.
4) Use the Up and Down arrow buttons to select the Nozzle check and then press the OK button.
The pattern confirmation screen is displayed.
5) Use the Up and Down arrow buttons to select Yes and the press the OK button.
The nozzle check print is printed, and the pattern confirmation screens are displayed alternately.

Examine the pattern and take the appropriate action.

Step 2: Print Head Cleaning
Clean the Print Head if lines are missing or if white streaks appear in the printed nozzle check pattern. Cleaning unclogs the nozzles and restores the print head condition. Note that cleaning the Print Head causes used inl to be absorbed in the ink absorber. Cleaning the Print Head consumes ink, so perform Print Head Cleaning only when necessary.
1) Make sure that the machine is on, open the Fron Feeder, and extend the Output Paper Support.
2) Load a sheet of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper in the Auto Sheet Feeder or the Front Feeder/
Set the Paper Thickness Lever to the left.
3) Press the Paper Feed Switch to select the paper source where you have loaded paper.
4) Start Print Head Cleaning.
a) Press the Menu button.
b) Use the right and left arrow button to select Maintenance/settings, then press the OK button.
The maintenance /setting screen is displayed.
c) Use the right and left arrow buttons to select Maintenance, then press the OK button.
The Maintenance screen is displayed.
d) Use the Up and Down arrow buttons to select Cleaning and then press the OK button.
The confirmation screen is displayed.
e) Use the Up and Down arrow buttons to select Yes and the press the OK button.
Print Head Cleaning starts.
Do not perform any other operations until Print Head cleaning finishes. This takes about 50 seconds.
The pattern print confirmation screen is displayed.
f) Use the Up and Down arrow buttons to select Yes and the press the OK button.
The nozzle check print is printed, and the pattern confirmation screens are displayed alternately.
Examine the pattern and take the appropriate action.
Note : If the problem is not resolved after performing steps 4 and 5 twice, try Print Head Deep Cleaning.

Print Head Deep Cleaning.
If print quality does not improve by standard Print head Cleaning, try the Print Head Deep Cleaning, which is more powerful process. Note that cleaning the Print Head causes used ink to be absorbed in the ink absorber. Print Head deep Cleaning consumer more ink than the standard Print Head Cleaning, so perform this procedure only when neccessary.
The Maintenance screen is displayed.
d) Use the Up and Down arrow buttons to select Deep Cleaning and then press the OK button.
The confirmation screen is displayed.
e) Use the Up and Down arrow buttons to select Yes and the press the OK button.
Print Head Deep Cleaning starts.
Do not perform any other operations until Print Head Deep cleaning finishes. This takes about 100 seconds.

5) Check the condition of the Print Head.
a) Print the nozzle check pattern to check the print head condition.
If a particular color is not printed properly, replace the ink tank of that color.
b) If the print head nozzles are still not cleaned, turn off the machine and perform another Print Head Deep Cleaning after 24 hours.
c) If this does not solve the problem, the Print Head may be damaged. Contact your Canon service representative.

Hope this helps.
Please rate my response.
Thanks.
Have a good day.
