Can I order a new cord to my Craftimatic bed?

contact your supplier on whom you placed the order direct by phone and make them aware of the order short fall

If it is new then just return the bed or ask the place you bought it from to get you more slats.
If you bought it used order some.
If your are ambitious you can take a slat to Home Depot and they can cut and make you some more.

There should be a cord that goes from the top of bed to the bottom section of the bed in the back of the bed. Make sure the cord is plugged in all the way and is not broken. This cord could be bad, the plugs may be bad, the cord could be missing entirely. A connection to the plugs could be burned out inside the top or bottom sections or at the main power relay.

To FIX this problem, do the following to reset your bedding product:
1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection.
2. Unplug the cord from the actual bedding product itself.
3. Re-plug the cord into the bedding product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.
4. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet.

If the 4 steps above are not followed in order, the bedding product will not properly reset.

Make sure that when you plug the power cord in, a light comes on, on the power cord! If a light dosnt come on, on the power cord, the cord is busted and she needs a new one! Most power cords have lights on them!

You can call Simmons Customer support at 1-800-218-2741 and order the rails - they are $79.99 which includes shipping. I just did so yesterday. I had the same problem. I purchased this crib 5 years ago and now need the bed rails to convert to a full bed. You cal also email them at [email protected]. Shipping takes about 2-3 weeks.
