What you have is a main motor lock. Check to see if you have anything blocking the movement of the drum, it could be anything from a staple, a jammed sheet of paper, or a broken drum separation pawl. If you have already removed something from the drum area do a SIMM 14-01 to clear the code.
There also could be trouble with the main motor itself. Check the motor by using SIMM 6-1 to see if the motor turns. If not, check the harness connection between the main motor and the PCU PWB. You may need to replace the main motor, the harness or the PCU PWB.

The Main motor has been checked and tested ok. But what happens now is that when it copies, the paper comes out completely squeezed from the output.
