Open up the Panel It has the writing HP office jet pro Etc. on it, then the cartridge/head will move toward you, push in on the yellow cartridge until it clicks and release it will disengage and you can remove old cartridge.
Installation is exactly like removal insert new cartridge until it clicks release and it will engage.
Close panel and the cartridge/head will move back to previous position
if your printer is already, click file -> print, then do you hear the voice from printer. if not, your printer is not boot. and you said your preview is blank. you not load the page with content.
