?? The battery pack will have the model number on it. As well as serial number.

The Switch can be almost any but the lighted switch has to be a compatible 24vdc lighted switch.

keith go out and buy a on/off toggle swith and replace your current switch with the toggle switch about $6.00 or less and all you have to do is connect the two wires off the old switch to the toggle Hope this helps

Soutside how secure does the scooter have to be? Is it parked inside at night and does your partner leave it unattended for long? The reason I'm asking is because you can replace the keyed switch with a plain old on/off toggle switch for about 5 bucks. Just remoce the console unscrew the old keyed switch unplug the old switch from the wire harness and using the original connector splice the toggle swith to the connector tape with electrical tape and install in console. Check correct operation of the switch before you put it in the console. If it works ok install it and put the console back together and there you go a fix plus cheap too You can always call Invacare @ 1-800-333-6900 and order a new switch Hope this helps.

Julie I don't have a replacement key but if you contact Golden Tech @ 800-624-6374 or e-mail the parts dept @ [email protected] give them the serial number and they can get you a key. Now if you stuck for funds like alot of us you can purchase a on/off toggle switch for about $3.00 and replace the switch with the toggle switch. You have to take the tiller cover off to get to the old switch remove it by cutting the wires and attach the 2 wires to each pole on the toggle switch. Once you have the wires attached to the toggle switch turn it on and off to make sure it works and then insert it into the old switch hole tighten the nut to secure it to the cover and put the tiller cover back together. Alan, this could be that the switch is getting worn. If you can take the console off and get access to the switch try jumping across the switch and check that the scooter turns on and doesn't beep. If it works properly then the switch is worn and you can replace the switch with a plain old on/off toggle switch. If you want to buy a toggle switch and use it to jump the switch and see if the scooter works correctly. If it does then replace the old switch with the toggle switch. Hope this helps
