Use the "TV/CAP/TEXT" button on the remote to turn the closed captions on and off. Orion tv's usually have their customer service number on a sticker on the tv. Try calling them if you need help.

Sansui tv's made for the USA by Orion have a customer service number on the back of the set. If you have one those sets, call the number and see if the stand is still available.

We would be happy to help you with getting your new DISH Network remote to control your TV. We're going to start by pressing and holding the TV button located on the top of your remote until all mode button back lights come on, and then release. Use the number buttons to enter the codes for your Orion TV; here are some of the codes we currently have for it: 720, 748, 748, and 748. Press the pound (#) button. To check that the code works try several different functions on the remote to make sure it will properly operate the TV. Remember that some codes may not be compatible with your equipment. If this is the case, try the other codes listed for your Orion TV until you find one that is compatible with it.

For what purpose? Screwdrivers and maybe an adjustable wrench are the only tools needed. You will need an Allen wrench for collimation if this is a reflector style scope.
