I have 2 stillwater kicker 18'' subwoofers(c18a) i would like to have refurbished, where can i send them?

when you say swing arms i assume you are talking about the wires connecting the terminal (where you connect the wires to the sub) to the voice coil (the center of the sub).

If these are broken it is tricky to solder new wires back on. If your sub is still under warranty i would suggest sending it back to them. below is there number and business hours.

Well, you have 3 options really,

Send it in to your local sound shop for repairs.
Replace the subwoofer.
Attempt repairs with super strong glue.

Need to rebuild my l5. I blow it. Wher can I buy the rebuild kit for it?

Possible help otherwise, just buy a refurbished L5

Sounds like a lose wire vibrating against woofer. Could it be my voice coils?

HI. Your assessment is correct. This is , indeed, the result of a damaged voice coil. There may be a local audio store in your area, that may have a in house tech. This tech should be able to repair this type of coil damage, in house. If this is not an option, I recommend to contact the manufacture for a repair ticket.

When i plug it in all i hear is a rattle buzz noise. Is there a kicker place that I can send it in for repairs? if so, where?

more likely speaker is blown .go to kicker website and check for your nearest service center.Most cases its not worth shipping ,repair cost for this .

you can send it back to kicker . What they are gonna do though if it isn't a current model is have you pay for a new model . You will need to call them first to get a repair charge / replacement charge and get an ra # . here is the address and phone number

No sound when I put Zune in the docking station.

I just spoke to Stillwater Designs tech support. I had the same problem - Zune in dock, Zune working, no sound. I also tried to play it thru the AV jack -- same problem. After asking me if I had unplugged the Kicker (I had, several times), they authorized a return. Not sure whether I want to return to Amazon for credit or return to Stillwater Designs for new unit.

Solo baric l7 WOOFER... CAN I REPLACE THE VOICE COILS?

well you can bring it into the place you bought it.. or a place where they sell kicker brand subs.. and ask them for a fix..
they'll either order you another one or.. they'll send it to be fixed.. depends on what it is(note) kicker L7 is made to be taken apart and fixed

12" kicker solo-baric subwoofer

Here is the link to the technical support manual for the l7 http://www.kicker.com/06/tech-support/manuals/manuals/02SL7TechManualV2_0.pdf Page 17 and 18 show the wiring, if you can use a soldering iron then you should have no problem doing it yourself, but don't risk it unless you are sure. Hope this helps :)
