I have had a Sentry combination model number SO500 safe for the past eleven years and within the past year, I have forgot the combination. My question is if there is a master combination or if there are any other suggestions to locate my combination?

They should be able to help. I would try calling first, to avoid paying the $12 to retrieve the combo, but with the serial number of the safe, they SHOULD be able to help you over the tele.
There should be a factory code that will work even if you have changed your personal code. You will need to contact Sentry Customer Services and they should be able to give you the code - You will need to fill in the details as listed at http://www.sentrysafe.com/customerCare/retrieveCombination.aspx and then send this in to Customer Services. If you are still have trouble (or there is too much of a delay) send it onto [email protected] - this is technically customer service for Europe but they might be able to help you anyway.

In order for Sentry Group to release a combination for any safe, we require a notarized request, stating that you are the owner of the safe (the last name of the notary public must be different than that of the safe owner). I've never used the Sentry Save lock- I don't have the combination. I've tried to open it with the keys but unable. Can anyone help me open it? There is a little sticker on the side of the door that says:

I have a fireproof safe that uses a keypad and key combination. I replaced the batteries and can see a light, but can't read where the numbers read and it won't open. Any suggestions?
After replacing the batteries, I can see light. The numbers do not light up nor can I read the digital. I've tried pushing the numbers but none of them light up or show on the digital reading window. Nor will the safe open? Any suggestions?
