Wont print, copy or fax, any paper output tasks; but will scan to the computer fine. The connection is fine as it will scan fine. When I went to the printer, doc. goes through the print queue fine, then disappears and never prints. Same with copying and faxes have not been received. help is appreciated by email at [email protected]

Actually, just got off the phone with Canon... (they answered in 3 minutes! Who knew!)
The trouble was that the paper tray's lil blue plastic tab end way at the back of the tray got pushed to A4, the European size of paper, causing a misfeed that backed up all jobs and caused teh printer to be "locked up". Cancelling the jobs using Status Monitor and set and then moving the lil blue tab got things working again.

We have the same problem. We just moved to China and use the A4 paper. Is there any way to get our printer to work using this size paper? Please help.
