My Mintek DTV-320-D 32" LCD, only turns on and off, by remote or button on the lcd itself. I can't ajust volume, channel or go into menu or other modes. It stuck on channel 3, so now it function as monitor for my cable box.
Be advised that Mintek Digital Inc., the company that has sold portable DVD players, DVD Flat Screen TVs has filed bankruptcy in Federal Court. What this means to consumers is that your product(s) warranties that are within your purchase date are no longer valid. Anyone purchasing any Mintek products with claims of warranties are being mislead. Remember, if you buy any Mintek product, you are buying a product that cannot be supported or warranted. You are on your own since September 9, 2007.
I have the same problems w/ my mintek 37 inch lcd and I have cut it off for days hoping that this will jumpstart it back to the tv mode so that we can at least get the enjoyment of watching it. The only thing it does is cut off/on the power. No other buttons work. I have called Mintek in CA and they offered no solutions except to mail the tv back.

i have the same problem with my mintek LCD HDTV buttons does does not work and mine is stuck on DVD and the only thing i can do is turn the tv on and off.
Same problem, unplugged it for 3 days no change. called costco where i purchased it. they no longer do exchanges on tv's. was told to call their national line. dvd stuck in player, only turns on and off. will not buy another mintek product...ever.
tv is locked up, won't do anything except turn on and off, stays on chanel 11. dvd in stuck in the player??? there must be some way to fix this???
i also have the same problem..buttons dont work!!,dvd is stuck in inside,,and its pissing me off!!
