I purchased a Zebra 2844 and can't set to use with Stamps.com or Fedex. There are no options when choosing the kind of label to use.
Any solutions?

I am having the same problem and it is bugging me. I can print the test page through printer configuration but it will not allow me to select the thermal labels in stamps.com!

I sort of found a solution.. lol. If you go to http://www.seagullscientific.com/aspx/th... and download the zebra printer driver from them and install it, it gives you an option in Stamps.com to print Zebra/Eltron 4x6 labels. However, for some reason, it does not allow you to print it with delivery confirmation which seems rather pointless to me. I plan on calling Stamps.com support and trying to figure it out tomorrow. Hope this helps.
It was very odd, as I was on the phone with Stamps.com, I looked and the correct shipping label was on the list. It definitely wasn't there yesterday when I looked 50 different times!

In the event that you haven't had a chance to contact Stamps.com support, I wanted to see if I could provide a little bit more information:
Typically, the problem that you are describing is a driver issue and this is something that we can easily walk you through over the phone.
However, another issue could be that you need to add the label to the "Printing On" drop-down menu. To fix this, log in to Stamps.com and click "Packages". You should then see the "Printing On" drop-down on the right-hand side. Scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see "more". Click on "more" and you should be able to add the label you are looking for. Typically, customers use the Zebra/Eltron Type - Standard 4x6 Label -Roll" for this thermal printer. Hopefully this will solve the problem for you.
