Error detais was 0351 - Canon imageRUNNER C3220 Color Copier

Sounds like the Hard drive could be going bad and needs to be checked and or replaced.


you can run the scan disk on the hd to see if it is still working by holding down the 1&9 buttion at the same time while turning the main power on

you will see a little white box start to drop from the upper left corner of the screen and will continue till it is finished.

if running that doesn't fix the problem then you will hav eto have the hard drive replaced
