    I have a pack of these labels and NCR's printer software doesn't include the onestep set. just shipping and address labels.

    I have packages of all sizes of NCR One Step mailing and label greeting card combinations that I can't use. I can't find the free software discribed in the packaging even after numerous tries and having someone check for it with me.
    Makes me wonder if they've gone out of the paper and label making businesss. MAS

    I can"t find software for printer templates as described by NCR. I have searched the entire site . Maybe I should just get my money refunded.

As leathercoltss said, use this link http://www.ncr.com/products_and_services/supplies/retail_products_program/ncr_rop_downloads.jsp?lang=ENk:
then follow the set up for RUN when asked if you want to run or save the program.
This is what took me all the way thru set up process after much cursing hadn't helped at all.

You would need a PC to communicate it with. Either Via USB or the DataRX port.

Ncr Scanner 7875-2000 I bought this scanner used and it came with a USB cable,not an NCR cable, I tried to have it communicate with the pc but could not get it to read, i got calibrated and I know it...
Hmmmm.... It sounds as though your scanner is not programmed correctly. Either RS232 or IBM... Either way it sounds as though it is not accepting your communication entry. Which could be your Eeprom chip, a digital board, maybe even the dual I/O board, in most cases.
