Kindly install it in your system and then try it... I am using this burner for almost 10 years... Hope it will help your problem solved.

Go to www.mscustomercare.com you can download the software there. you can also call the customer service 800 number. but everytime i call its busy... imagine that.  but i did download the software from the website. hope it works for ya'll good luck!

First, be sure your DVD burner is capable of burning dual-layered discs- Second, it may be rather an issue of copy protection on the disc. Have you succesfully copied commercial DVD's in this fashion? I'm unsure if I'm allowed to mention any software that might assist you in that regard- google is your friend.
