You should be able to take the bulb to a local hardware store, home center, or big box store like Wal-Mart and match it to one in stock.
If it's an integrated bulb assembly in its own socket, you would have to contact the manufacturer.
The contact information for the manufacturer will be in the owner's manual.
If for some reason you don't still have your manual, here are ways to get one:
Look at the model number tag and find the FCC ID number.
Enter the number (in two parts) as shown on the FCC ID page here:
https://www.fcc.gov/oet/ea/fccid
In the list of exhibits, look for the owner's manual. You can download it free.
