Sir, i belong to gwalior,m.p. i own a whirlpool refrigerator.the door pannel where we keep bottles and eggs is broken.i need to get it replaced . for this i contacted costumer care so that i can get the number of local service centre.but mr. tushar says that they do not have the number of whirlpool service centre in gwalior. instead i was given the number of raipur service centre who asked me to call indore service centre. i have never seen such irresponsibility in a good company like yours. if that is so, why you claim to provide the best services to your costumers. kindly arrange the number of whirlpool gwalior service centre at the earliest. yours truly prakhar vijayvergiya

I was also interested in LG products AC's and related products, I can list others and make all their related names a black listed production rip off, lacking service, quality or consumer respect. But I need to work with helping customers and not get in the middle.
 You helped me today and I think you know what to do as far as letting them know that what they are doing will come back to bite them in the end.
