Hi, F61 usually means that the unit has some sort of DC error internally. One of the amplifiers could have failed. The HT70 is an older unit and dry joints around the voltage regulator and power amplifier is also very common. Also check that the fan is in good order.The unit will most likely have to be checked by a professional tech.
Quasar is owned by Matsushita corporation who also owns Panasonic, National, Technics and Ramsa... Technically Panasonic owns Quasar as a sub-division and Matsushita owns Panasonic... In lesser terms you should be able to contact Panasonic customer service for the owners manual or any information...
