if the dealer didnt gave the drivers with the computer you should ask for it and he must give you
if you are looking for wrd to downloading drivers you must specify which monitor you have and the vga card (graphic card)
if are using winXP, click start button - control panel - network connections - check on dial up networking or DUN...right click on it and select properties...check the phone numbers, the username with password. make sureudsure domain has @domain.com
