Dear Sir i Satish Kr. Jha from Kolkata want to inform you that i had purchased Samsung handset 699 on 27.07.10 from Relince Webworld Express - Shalimar Complex , Ashok rajpath Patna - 800004. On 29th oct some problem occured ( call button not working properly). I contact your service center in Parkstreet - Kolkata. They had taken handset for necessory repairing. On 4th Oct i had got the handset, at that time i checked the specific problem and found that problem is over. But after some time i found that some other problem had arised in my handset (other key button is not working properly). At present i am in Jharkhand and and it is not possible for me to again visit your service center.I had very good faith on Samsung brand because of that i purchased your handset. This is the wrong venue for your request. You should apply to HP to become a qualified HP service center. Anyone attemping to repair HP equipment outside HP approval will invalidate warranttes.

do one thing dear go to the motorola centre and ask for the mail id of regeional office, they have to give it to u, if they don't give go to motorola's site and than findout the mail id or mobikle no. of the regional centre, and mail them or call them that u have allready given ur problems details to the centre but they haven't done anything and incase they do not provide u the same, u can send a mail that u are going to consumer forum they will return ASAP for them.
