My gasket has deteriorated and I need to buy a new one, I am able to change it myself, but cannot find a parts supplier. Any ideas?

I contacted Dualit and they now stock the part again - they said I needed part number 00427 (this is the replacment gasket for the D889) and they only post in the UK.

Not sure about your D889 but I found the brewhead is shared by several manufacturers and this fits my Dualit 84200:

Krups Expresso Maker Head Seal MS-620342

Available from Belstar Electrics for £3. I bought five.

I rang Dualit and they no longer stock parts for the Dualit Espresso 889 Espresso & Coffee Maker. They could not help with sourcing any replacement parts. Any ideas where I might get a gasket anyone?

My Illy Francis Francis X9 is leaking

The issue you are experiencing with your Illy Francis Francis X9 may be due to a malfunctioning seal or gasket.

The coffee pod holder and brew head are sealed together with a rubber gasket, which creates a tight seal to prevent leaks. If the gasket is damaged or worn, it may not create a proper seal, causing water to leak out of the machine.

I believe to troubleshoot this issue, you can try removing the coffee pod holder and inspecting the gasket for any damage or wear. If you find any issues with the gasket, you can replace it with a new one to ensure a proper seal. You can purchase replacement gaskets from Illy or from a third-party supplier.

Another possible cause of the issue could be a clogged or dirty brew head. Over time, the brew head can become clogged with coffee grounds or other debris, which can cause water to leak around the edges. To clean the brew head, you can remove it from the machine and soak it in a solution of hot water and white vinegar to remove any buildup or debris.

It's also possible that the issue is related to the machine's pump or water flow system. If the pump is not working properly, it may not be able to generate enough pressure to push water through the coffee pod. In this case, you may need to have the machine serviced by a qualified technician to diagnose and repair the issue.

I opened my Keurig Vue V700 and found that a tiny gasket had come off. I cannot find the parts schematic and cannot access the area to investigate. Any idea where is goes? I think it is causing a drip...

If it's a small cylinder shaped gasket with a hole through the center, then it goes on the water output post in the head. This gasket has a habit of coming off. Slide it back up the water output shaft. It helps make a pseudo-seal on the top of the k-cup.

it sounds like you need a new group head gasket, or the group head gasket is not installed properly.
If it is a new machine, you probably just need to reseat the group head gasket. If it is a used machine, the gasket is probably worn, they need replacement every 6-12 months.
The Starbucks Sirena is made by Saeco, and is also called the Saeco Sirena.
You can find the group head gasket (brew head gasket), and any other parts from the following:

You need a new brew head gasket. They are not that hard to change. Four nuts hold the chrome head on. Once the chrome head is removed the gasket is pulled off then the brew head is cleaned and then you can put the new gasket on. Check ebay.

The handle is coming apart. It does not fit tight enough & sometimes falls while the coffee is brewing. Where can I purchase a new one to fit my Solis SL 70 machine purchased late in 2004.

HI
If the portafilter is coming out when brewing your brew head gasket needs to be replaced. If you have never replaced your brew head gasket its way beyond time. They should last about 3-4 years at the most. With a good brew head gasket the portafilter should be easy to lock in, not requireing a lot of pressure to force it over. Try replaceing the gasket first before you invest in a new portafilter. If you really need one I have some and the gaskets.

I own a Breville 800ESXLespresso machine which i already decalcified, that leaks from brew head and handle moves while brewing

If you've had the machine for a while, your brew head seal (gasket) is probably damaged or shrunken from age/heat and needs to be replaced. That's most likely why the filter holder moves and leaks while brewing. Breville brew head seals are rather difficult to locate, but I personally stock them and sell them at a reasonable cost. I sell lots of new and used parts for various coffee machines, but specialize in Krups. If interested in purchasing a Breville brew head seal, contact me at [email protected] and I'll make arrangements. I accept Paypal to make the transaction safe and secure for us both.

Hi
More than likely its you brew head screen. Coffee will build up on the top surface and turn rancid after awhile. Remove the screen(its either a screw or bolt that holds it on). I like to remove everything and turn the machine upside down on a towel. That way I can see what I am doing. Clean everything even around the brew head gasket. This gasket needs to changed every year for best sealing of the portafilter. Buy 2 because they always fail on Friday when you have a party on Saturday.
Soak you brew head screen in hot water with a pinch of automatic dish washing detergent or espresso machine cleaner. Use a tooth brush to remove the crusty burnt on coffee residue or just buy a new screen. Clean this screen every 6 months because they should last the life of the machine.
