I wonder, the proxy's you are using, are just a scam, to hack your account. All help you could need comes from Facebook. I think the best thing you can do is to ask Facebook to send a reset code to one of the oldest e-mail addresses you eer used. They do have them on file. Just because someone who hacked your account, most likely did change the return mail address too.
Visit the help page and look for send reset code to an old mail address.

Just goto the login page of the mail site. look for the support link. Click here and look if they can help with "I forgot my password" click there and enter the account name. hey will send you a mail to the address you gave while setting up the account.
Most providers (you did not tell us yours) even can help you recover the account name, when you tell them the mail address you gave them.
If you just want to hack into another account, forget it, because every attempting to get a password to a identity of a mail address will be send to the legal owner, so he / she knows someone is trying to hack the account.

You can get someone good with the Internet to change your address online. Or you can fill out a change of address form which is free at your post office. You can call your pharmacy and see if they will mail them to your new address. Some big chain pharmacies will change your prescription to a store that is near your current home. I hope that helps.

If they cannot help you then you may find the proper bolt at a well stocked hardware store.

Scan your computer for any possible malware that may steal confidential information. Some infections cause your computer to send out unsolicited emails or some may steal your login information and use your account for spamming or other illegal stuff.
Change the password of your email account.

No anyone can send you an e-mail you can check on the origination of the e-mail by looking at the IP address and going to whois.com to see the webmaster for the mail holder.
Send e-mail to the webmaster and tell him/her your concerns and they may be able to help…Hope that help you and please do not forget to rate my service to be able to improve on it and help everyone.

Your Yahoo Mail (on the account which is supposed to receive the message first) has its mail forwarding option enabled. Go to Yahoo Mail, find its options page, and look for forwarding or redirection or similar and disable it.
