Revlon tweezers have a lifetime warranty but I cannot find the address to mail defective tweezers too for an exchange. Nor can I find insturctions on what to include when shipping them back to Revlon.

My Revlon scissors need to be sharpened. They have been sharpened in the past by mailing them in to the company. Where should they be sent?

In trying to find the right address for you to send your Revlon brand scissors for sharpening, I found some posts about Revlon implements on this website:

The posts were all about sharpening for Revlon brand tools, including scissors.

One post dated 21 Mar 2016 states:

So, it appears Revlon no longer offers sharpening of their beauty implements. Period.

Revlon Tweezer Sharpening Address

Here is information to contact the Revlon Company. I have emailed them as I have two pairs of these tweezers myself and my daughter has a pair as well. There is an online form at thier site if you are interested. If they respond with good information, I will post that to you as well.
