Hi - remove and check that the inlet filter is not clogged (remove the threaded inlet first) . If this does not work, and it is less than 2 yrs old please contact us at [email protected] for a replacement

They are security screws to stop you take it apart because of the HUGE coil spring inside it. Make sure you are wearing full PPE, gloves, eye protection and full face shield, with neck area and arms covered. It is likely to come at you as the halves split.

This usually occurs if the motor is overheating and the internal circuit breaker is tripping. After it cools down, it self resets. This can be caused by bad bearings or parts dragging the motor down, making it work hard enough to over heat and trip the breaker. If you are running it on an extension cord or circuit that isn't able to provide it with the amps it needs the motor will overheat and trip the breaker also.

Hi - I'm Simon from Hozelock. There should be a big o ring that goes between the lid and the tank to make a seal - is that missing ? Also there should be clips that hold the lid to the tank.
