You cant make 3G video calls using N900 as the video call facility still not available with that particular phone due to its software limitations.But you can surf internet with 3G data services. Activate Network mode to use UMTS. and get proper settings from your service provider.

Hi, Well i doubt whether some shop sell the cell on installment. You might have to pay the full amount to buy the cell. Try to find out some shop which sells the mobile on installments.
