Try eBay. Do a search for Dell Inspiron Mini 1012 screen You will get results from $36 and up. I've never dealt with any of these particular sellers, but most of them have great reviews and I have used replacement screens for others computers that I purchased on eBay.

It is better to get it repaired at authorized service center by giving some extra money as they have the right part rather than giving it to nehru place. They will replace the motherboard with some cheaper one ad charge you like hell. Try to convince the service centre fellow, give him some advance and try to get it done there only.
