Instead it it uses a belt engineered to last the lifetime of the vacuum in normal use, protected by a sensor which shuts off the brush bar if something jams it. Normally, checking the cleaner head for obstructions and removing any threads or hair from the brush bar and endcap will allow you to reset your machine: However if you've already followed each of the steps shown in our video guide without success, you may need a replacement cleaner head or a repair of your machine.
